I had high hopes for this hotel given its NYC theme, but it fell short in several aspects. The room was small and not worth the price, and housekeeping wasn't up to par. The location was decent, with some nearby attractions, but overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have high expectations.

I opted for a Deluxe Queen room without a window, which was only 13 square meters and felt quite cramped. For RM190, I expected a larger space or at least a better deal for the size.
